1. Program description

Afton Mountain Tech LLC provides managed technology services to small businesses. When you opt in to our SMS messaging program, you may receive text messages related to service updates, support communications, appointment confirmations, system alerts, and account notifications.

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages from Afton Mountain Tech, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any services. You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Afton Mountain Tech by checking the SMS consent box on our client registration form at https://aftonmountaintech.com/get-started/, or during in-person onboarding when you provide your phone number and consent on our service agreement. Regardless of opt-in method, you will receive a confirmation text message verifying your enrollment.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your service needs and active support requests. You will only receive messages relevant to your account and the services we provide.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

5. Opt-out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Text STOP to the number from which you received a message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, you may opt in again through our website or by contacting us directly.

7. Carrier liability

Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Types of messages

Messages sent under this program include: website draft review links, one-time authentication codes, service status updates, and support communications related to your Afton Mountain Tech services.
